Role Overview – Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and managing relationships with businesses across industries. Your goal is to bring exciting web development and digital marketing projects for our agency and help us achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads via platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Freelancer, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with domestic and international businesses.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations that highlight our digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitor trends, and potential growth areas.
  • Maintain CRM reports for sales pipeline and client follow-ups.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Marketing preferred but not required).
  • 1 – 2 years of proven experience in BDE, IT Sales, or Digital Agency Sales.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (WordPress, PHP, Laravel, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing).
  • Ability to close deals with international clients.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and confident negotiator.
